This E-Signature Agreement (“Agreement”) describes how Settle Life, Inc. (“Settle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages the use of electronic signatures and electronic records when you use SettleWealth.com or any of our related services (the “Site”).
By submitting any electronic form, checking a box, typing your name, or otherwise indicating consent on this Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Use of Electronic Signatures
By using our online forms or signing documents electronically, you consent to the use of electronic signatures (“E-Signatures”) as a legally binding method of providing consent, authorization, or agreement.
You acknowledge that your electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and indicates your intent to be bound by the contents of the applicable document or form.
2. Consent to Electronic Delivery
You agree that all documents, disclosures, notices, authorizations, and communications related to your use of Settle’s services may be provided to you electronically, including through:
- Online forms;
- Email;
- Secure links or document portals; or
- Other digital means approved by Settle.
These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
3. Your Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures or receive documents electronically at any time.

If you withdraw consent, Settle may need to pause or terminate your ability to complete certain transactions electronically. You may request paper copies of documents by contacting us at the same address.
4. Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any document you’ve signed electronically by contacting us at the email or phone number above.
Paper copies will be provided at no charge. Requests must be made within a reasonable time after the electronic record was created.
5. Updating Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current so that you can receive electronic documents and communications from Settle.

6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you must have:
- A device capable of accessing the internet (desktop, tablet, or smartphone);
- A valid email account;
- An up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge); and
- The ability to view and download PDF files.
By agreeing to this E-Signature Agreement, you confirm that you have the necessary technology and ability to receive, view, and retain electronic documents.
7. No Obligation to Use Electronic Signature
You are not required to use electronic signatures to transact with Settle.
If you prefer to sign documents manually, please notify us. We will provide paper copies and instructions for physical signature by mail or in person.
8. Security and Authentication
Settle uses secure systems and encryption technologies to verify your identity and protect electronic records. You acknowledge and agree that these methods are sufficient for authentication and intent under applicable law.
9. Legal Validity
This Agreement is intended to comply with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001, et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and any applicable state laws.
Your consent to use electronic signatures applies to all transactions conducted with Settle unless you withdraw consent as described above.
10. Modifications
Settle reserves the right to update or modify this E-Signature Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
